Processing and delivery

CK Originals are made to order. Most orders enter production shortly after purchase and production typically takes 2–7 business days. Standard US transit usually takes an additional 2–5 business days. Allow about 5–13 business days from ordering for standard delivery. These are estimates, not guarantees, and high-volume periods or stock availability can add time.

Tracking details are sent by email as soon as your order ships. You can also use our Track Order page. Items in the same order may arrive in separate packages.

Shipping rates

Standard shipping is free on CK Originals orders of $70 or more after discounts and before tax. Available standard and expedited rates are shown at checkout based on the items and destination.

Address changes

Please review your shipping address carefully before placing an order. If a correction is needed, contact us immediately at admin@shopckboutique.com. We cannot guarantee changes after production has begun.

Delivery issues

If tracking shows a delivery problem or your package arrives damaged, contact us with your order number so we can help.
