Processing and delivery

Many CK Boutique items are made after an order is placed. Your estimated delivery window is shown during checkout and may include both production and transit time.

Tracking details are sent by email as soon as your order ships. Items in the same order may arrive in separate packages.

Address changes

Please review your shipping address carefully before placing an order. If a correction is needed, contact us immediately at admin@shopckboutique.com. We cannot guarantee changes after production has begun.

Delivery issues

If tracking shows a delivery problem or your package arrives damaged, contact us with your order number so we can help.
