We describe every item honestly, with real measurements and condition notes, so there are no surprises. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.
Returns window
You may request a return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition you received them, with any tags still attached.
How to start a return
Email [email protected] with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll send return instructions. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility unless the item was significantly not as described.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Item accuracy
If an item arrives materially different from its description, contact us within 3 days of delivery and we'll cover return shipping or offer a full refund.
